– Policies for Beginner Driving Education Course (CLASS ROOM)
- The Ministry of Transportation mandates that all portions of this course be taken within 365 days of the first date of the course (including ALL in-car lessons). If you do not complete all in-car/in-class hours within 1 year, you will need to retake the entire course, including paying again for the course.
- If the student will be going for their G1 following the in-class portion of the course, please be aware it is the student’s responsibility to provide their license copy to the office in a timely manner (via email!). If we do not receive the license in-car lessons cannot begin.
- If partial payment is made on the first day of class, the in-car lessons will not begin until the balance is paid.
- Some driving instructors have two-way dash cam in the vehicle this is for the protection of the student and the instructor as well as insurance liability.
- No refunds will be issued once the course begins.
– Policies for Beginner Driving Education Course (ONLINE)

If you do not complete all in-car/online hours within 1 year, you will need to retake the entire course, including paying again for the course.
- If the student will be going for their G1 following the online portion of the course, please be aware it is the student’s responsibility to provide their license copy to the office in a timely manner (via email!). If we do not receive the license, in-car lessons cannot begin.
- Full payment is required at time of registration.
- Access to the online BDE program requires a stable internet connection of a minimum 20mbps speed.
- There will be No refunds issued once the student has been given access to the online course.
- Students will be emailed a link to access the online system within 24 business hours of registration AND payment in full.

– Policies for lessons In-car
- Cancellations must be provided at a minimum of 24 hours in advance of the lessons or there will be a $50 per hour cancellation fee.
- The instructor has the right to refuse a lesson if there is a concern of student partaking in drugs or alcohol. Please also be mindful of strong scents ie perfume and smoking as it is a small space.
– Release of information
- Permission is herby granted to release any information pertaining to attendance and any data contained on the Students Data Record to the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario.
